Have you ever heard of Beer Poking or “Bierstacheln” as they say in Germany?⠀

I’ll be joining my friends at  Northbound Smokehouse and Brewpub as they tap their annual Eisbock (make a bock beer, set the keg outside till some of the water freezes, you’re left with a more concentrated, higher ABV beer) and I’ll be “Poking” your beer next Saturday 1/15/22⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
